Kenyan blogger Esther Kinuthia has been named in the list of Kenya’s top 40 under 40 women by Business Daily. She blogs under the pseudonym of Miss Independent or Miss I.
At the age of 21, Esther who is a Bachelor of Commerce student at Strathmore university, started blogging 16 months ago and is already soaring to greatness. She has mentored both her peers and fellow students. Her most memorable moment is a talk at the Research Clubs of Africa, an event hosted by Ipsos Synovate.
She is among the few Kenyan bloggers who do it out of genuine passion. She says “ earning from the blog has never been a priority. I do it because I genuinely want the Kenyan and eventually African youth to refuse to be average. Anyone can make money, but not everyone can make people come alive”
We at BAKE congratulate Esther on her achievement and wish her well in future.
