The Storymoja Festival Celebrating 10 Years

It is that time of the year again for the long awaited Storymoja Festival and Bloggers Association of Kenya (BAKE) will be part of it. This year’s event is scheduled for the 27th of September to 1st of October 2017 at the Nairobi National MuseumAt this year’s edition, the Storymoja Festival will officially turn 10-years-old from when it first appeared as a Nyama Choma Reading Fiesta!

Storymoja Festival prides itself as ‘the biggest book party’ in East Africa, and as a ‘celebration of books, stories, and culture’. The 2017 program will, therefore, have a full offering of book discussions, public lectures, a master class & workshops, art & theatre shows, concerts, teen talent, competitions, jobs & careers, schools, children’s, and family programs throughout a five-day program.
