Laboratory & Allied meet with bloggers on August 20, 2015

We will be hosting Laboratory & Allied (Lab & Allied) on Thursday 20, 2015, as they engage  with bloggers and the public on their brand existence and products in Kenya and the region. The event that will start at 5 pm,  will be at the Nailab, 4th Floor, Bishop Magua Center.

The indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Kenya seeks to expand its operations in the East African market in the next five years as part of its expansion strategy. The company has invested over KSh. 2.2 billion in a bid to enhance its production capacity and increase its operations to serve the new markets as it marks its 45 years anniversary.

Launched in 1972, Lab & Allied deals in the production of human and veterinary products and prides itself in the building of next generation of generics drugs locally and regionally. The local firm is based in Kenya and has operations in the Sub-Saharan countries such as Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Malawi, Botswana and Zambia.

The company has ventured into the therapeutic medicine segment that will address the emerging lifestyle diseases as well the new disease patterns in the country and the region. Their focus is providing better medicines for better life, with their brands serving more than 20 million Kenyan consumers. They target to reach 150 million consumers within the Sub Saharan region by 2020.
