copyright-675x320

In an effort to have more people in the online space informed on copyright issues, we will be hosting the Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO), and the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (CIPIT) on Thursday 29th September at the Nailab from 5.30pm.

We will have representatives of the two organizations discussing copyright issues. From KECOBO whose mandate is to enforce copyright and related rights in Kenya, we shall have Ms. Sharon Chalale, the Deputy Chief Legal Counsel giving a general introduction to copyright.  Mr. Victor Nzomo from CIPIT will be talking about copyright issues in blogging.

We welcome you to attend and learn a thing or two about this very important topic.   Attendance is free. Register here.
